SJ series plastic single screw extruder

Purpose:

This equipment is equipped with relevant auxiliary machines that can continuously produce plastic products such as pipes, plates (sheets), rods, films, wires, cables, hollow products, profiles, and granulation; Equipped with corresponding screws. This equipment is suitable for processing thermoplastic materials such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PET, PVC, PA, etc.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P) waterproofing membrane, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) waterproofing membrane, polyethylene (PE) and other waterproof soil membranes can be widely used in large-scale projects such as tunnels, national level construction projects, highways, airports, reservoirs, etc. They can also be used for waterproofing of roof buildings such as offices, hotels, and residences, as well as waterproofing projects such as bathrooms, basements, subways, dams, etc. PE membranes can be used for automotive interior parts, etc.

Main features:

The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoALA, with surface nitriding treatment, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.

There are multiple structural types of barrel screws available for selection in the design.

The exhaust extruder adopts a water ring vacuum pump with a maximum vacuum of 4000Pa.

The barrel heating adopts a cast aluminum heater and is equipped with a low-noise fan for segmented cooling.

The drive motor can use DC, variable frequency, and rectifier to achieve stepless speed regulation

The temperature control adopts PID precision temperature controller for automatic control.
