The measurement range of Pt100 sensors varies depending on the instrument, sensing element, and accuracy level. At a temperature of 0 ° C, Pt100 has a nominal resistance value of 100 Ω (ohm) for measuring resistance. When the temperature drops or rises, the resistance also changes. This change is consistent with the characteristic curve defined by international standards. Therefore, the temperature can be determined very accurately based on the measured resistance value.
