SHINNETSU New Heat Industrial Low Flow Gas Heater SFH Series $r $nSHINNETSU (New Heat Industrial) gas heater is a clean electric heating equipment, suitable for gases such as air and nitrogen. $r $n includes SFH low flow, CLM high flow and other series, with a power of 0.1-36kW and a flow rate of 0.1-100L/min to choose from. The contact part of the $r $n gas path is made of stainless steel, heated clean, with a maximum temperature of about 500 ℃ and stable temperature control. The $r $n structure is compact, directly connected to pipelines, with built-in overheating protection, suitable for scenarios such as semiconductors and analytical instruments.

SHINNETSU (New Heat Industry) has been focusing on the research and manufacturing of industrial heating equipment since 1982. The SFH series is suitable for small flow gases ranging from 0.1-10L/min, with a power of 0.1-2kW and a maximum temperature of about 350 ℃. It is compact in size and can be directly connected to small pipelines. It can be installed close to the gas consumption point to reduce heat loss. The CLM series is suitable for medium to high flow rates of 2-100L/min, with a power of 0.5-36kW and an outlet temperature of up to 500 ℃. It adopts an enhanced heat exchange structure, and the heating efficiency reaches over 80% when the flow rate is above 10L/min, meeting the needs of continuous production.

The clean and safe design meets the needs of various scenarios. All parts in contact with gas are made of SUS316L stainless steel, which is free of impurities and suitable for clean heating of high-purity nitrogen, argon, and air, meeting the cleanliness standards of industries such as semiconductors and pharmaceuticals. The heater is designed to be isolated from the gas channel, so that the gas does not directly contact the heating element, avoiding contamination and local overheating risks. The device comes with a thermocouple that can be linked to a temperature controller to achieve precise temperature control. It is also equipped with overheat protection to reduce the risks of dry burning and overheating.

The structure and installation design focus on practicality and flexibility, with a compact overall size and a weight of about 350g. The installation position is not limited and can be directly connected to the pipeline without the need for additional insulation materials. When the outlet temperature is 350 ℃, the surface temperature of the body is only about 50 ℃, simplifying the installation and maintenance process. The interface supports two forms of VCR connectors and standard pipelines, adapting to different pipeline specifications, easy to disassemble, and convenient for on-site replacement and maintenance.

Widely applicable scenarios include inert gas heating in semiconductor manufacturing, clean air heating in liquid crystal and organic EL processes, small flow gas heating in analytical instruments and laboratories, simulated test gas heating in chemical and material research and development, and atmosphere gas heating in food processing and heat treatment equipment.
