SGF-160 Easy Folding Plastic Bottle Liquid Filling and Sealing Machine

Purpose and Introduction
This machine is a filling and sealing equipment for easily foldable plastic bottles, which can automatically complete actions such as bottle feeding, sorting, empty bottle leak detection, filling, capping, capping, sealing, and flipping out bottles; Adopting advanced filling technology, precise measurement, and durable pump body; Apply hot melt sealing technology to ensure the reliability of sealing. The equipment adopts PLC control technology, with high degree of automation, convenient operation, advanced control, and functions such as no bottle and no filling, no cap, no sealing, and automatic removal of waste bottles, ensuring that the equipment meets GMP requirements.
1) Bottle supply: Automatically deliver bottles to the bottle organizer to ensure that the quantity of bottles in the organizer is within a certain range.
2) Bottle sorting: Sort the bottles into the same column to ensure smooth entry.
3) Leak detection: Check the integrity of the bottle. If it is found to be an unsealed bottle, it will not be filled or capped and will be pushed out at the removal station.
4) Filling: Fill a certain amount of liquid into a bottle and ensure that no bottle is filled.
5) Cap supply: Automatically deliver bottles to the cap dispenser to ensure that the amount of caps in the dispenser is within a certain range.
6) Liding: Arrange the lids in the same row to ensure smooth fitting onto the bottle mouth.
7) Sealing: Using the principle of hot melt, the contact area between the bottle and the lid instantly melts and is tightly pressed and adhered at around 600 ℃.
8) Exclusion: Bottles that are leaking or not covered are removed.
9) Bottle extraction: The finger cylinder clamps the bottle out and lifts it away.
