Purpose and Introduction
1. The bottle washing machine adopts a mechanical arm to clamp the bottle, which has less contact with the bottle, enhances the cleaning effect, and has strong interchangeability adaptability;
2. Bottle washing adopts tracking insertion and intermittent spraying, with high cleaning quality and low water and gas consumption;
3. Separate the areas for rough washing reuse water and fine washing water in bottle washing, without cross contamination;
4. Using hot air circulation heating, the heating temperature is uniform and the efficiency is high;
5. Both hot air and cooling air are equipped with hundred level filtration to ensure GMP requirements;
6. The oven is equipped with an imported differential pressure gauge, which has high sensitivity and can effectively monitor the operation status of the equipment at any time;
7. The cooling fan adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the inlet and outlet air can achieve effective balance, ensuring stable air pressure in the clean room.
8. The bottle conveyor belt in the oven can be equipped with an ultrasonic cleaning device to ensure zero pollution inside the drying box;
9. The filling area can be equipped with a hundred level laminar flow hood to ensure that the filling and sealing are completed in the sterile area;
10. During filling, additional pre nitrogen or post nitrogen filling stations can be added as needed;
11. Multi station no bottle no filling function, making the equipment run more smoothly without worrying about wasting medicine and contaminating the table;
12. Stainless steel pumps, ceramic pumps, and peristaltic pumps (imported or domestically produced) can be matched in various forms, with strong selectivity;
13. The production speed of the three devices is automatically controlled and dynamically balanced to ensure the stability of the production line;
14. The automatic fault alarm system makes the equipment more user-friendly.
This unit consists of HCX rotary ultrasonic bottle washing machine, GMS hot air circulation sterilization tunnel oven, and QGS fully automatic liquid filling and capping machine. It can complete processes such as ultrasonic cleaning, flushing and air cleaning, drying and sterilization, filling, and sealing and pressing of penicillin bottles. The cleaning is completed by ultrasonic rough cleaning and insertion type water vapor multi-channel internal and external flushing, which can achieve a completely clean effect; Sterilization and drying are heated by hot air circulation that has been filtered through hundreds of levels, with high efficiency and sufficient sterilization; There are various forms of filling available, including stainless steel plunger pumps, ceramic plunger pumps, and peristaltic pumps; Automatic plug sorting and continuous plug pressing, stable and reliable, easy to adjust for full and half plug pressing.
