1. The speed pulse signal adopts a square wave output mode, and the output amplitude supports two specifications of 5V and 12V for free selection. It is compatible with various industrial control instruments, acquisition modules, and PLC systems for docking.
2. The whole machine is ready to use and enters normal working state immediately after power on, without the need for long preheating and waiting. Continuous testing operations can be carried out immediately after startup, greatly improving detection efficiency.
3. Equipped with a high-precision sensing acquisition solution, the overall measurement error is small, and the long-term operation stability is strong. It has multiple built-in anti-interference designs, which can effectively shield external signal interference such as workshop electromagnetic and frequency conversion equipment.
4. The installation method is flexible and free, not limited by spatial angles, supporting any installation position and rotation direction layout, meeting different equipment layouts and on-site installation conditions.
5. Supports continuous collection of torque in both forward and reverse directions, eliminating the need for frequent manual zeroing during the measurement process. The synchronous and accurate output of forward and reverse data is suitable for testing alternating working conditions.
6. Adopting a non-contact energy transmission and signal transmission structure, signal transmission is not affected by equipment rotation status, operating speed, or rotation direction, and the entire signal transmission is continuous and uninterrupted.
7. Compatible with multiple types of torque signal acquisition, it can synchronously collect limited torque, steady-state rotational torque, dynamic alternating torque, and static locking torque, meeting various testing needs with one machine.
8. The separated structure design allows the torque sensor to operate independently of the secondary display instrument. With only a rated power supply, it can output frequency pulses and square wave signals proportional to the torque value, as well as standard voltage and current analog signals as needed.
9. The equipment uses an electromagnetic induction transformer power supply mode, with no internal collector rings, carbon brushes, or other easily worn mechanical components. It has low overall loss and long service life, and can maintain high-speed continuous operation monitoring for a long time. It is suitable for long-term online torque monitoring of motors, generator sets, reducers, and diesel power equipment.

1. Measure the output torque, real-time speed, and output power of various power machinery, including drive motors, internal combustion engines, hydraulic motors, pneumatic motors, elevator traction machines, oil drilling equipment, and other power devices.
2. Detect the input and output torque, speed, power, and transmission efficiency of variable speed transmission equipment, including components such as reduction gear units, electric control valves, electromagnetic clutches, and transmission connectors.
3. Conduct ultimate load torque testing on rigid transmission structural components, such as drilling rig drill rods, mine support anchor rods, and large transmission rods.
4. Accurately test the braking torque parameters of various braking devices, adapt to industrial brakes, power-off protection braking devices, automotive eddy current retarders, lifting equipment reducers, mechanical brake components and other products.
5. Monitoring the operating resistance torque and power consumption of rotating work equipment can be used for performance testing of generators, industrial water pumps, cooling fans, mixing equipment, and rotating machinery.
6. Measure the friction resistance torque of various motion matching components, such as automotive steering ball joints, ship tail shaft transmission components, precision ball screw pairs, motion nuts, and durability testing of friction pairs.
