3. Equipped with a high-precision sensing acquisition solution, the overall measurement error is small, and the long-term operation stability is strong. It has multiple built-in anti-interference designs, which can effectively shield external signal interference such as workshop electromagnetic and frequency conversion equipment.

3. Conduct ultimate load torque testing on rigid transmission structural components, such as drilling rig drill rods, mine support anchor rods, and large transmission rods.

4. Accurately test the braking torque parameters of various braking devices, adapt to industrial brakes, power-off protection braking devices, automotive eddy current retarders, lifting equipment reducers, mechanical brake components and other products.

3、 Equipment installation, transportation and operation specifications

During the transportation and handling of the equipment, it is strictly prohibited to soak it in rain, stack it upside down, or collide it violently; During the entire process of handling and installation, it is strictly prohibited to lift, pull, press, pry, or impact the torque sensor to avoid damage to the core sensing structure.
The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated indoor environment, away from areas with excessive corrosive gases and dust; The whole machine must be firmly fixed and installed, and reliable grounding treatment must be done to avoid measurement errors and safety hazards caused by static electricity and leakage. The equipment spindle is strictly prohibited from bearing additional radial pressure and lateral loads. The overall error of installation coaxiality should be controlled within 0.05mm. It is recommended to use a compensating flexible coupling for connection and installation to buffer operating deviations.
It is recommended to use an independent dedicated power supply for the equipment to reduce power interference caused by high-power devices on the same line; The installation area should be kept away from strong magnetic interference sources such as frequency converters, strong magnetic equipment, and high-frequency generators to ensure stable signal acquisition.
The setting of instrument parameters and daily operations must be completed by professionally trained staff, and non professionals are prohibited from operating them arbitrarily. The equipment has completed precise calibration and accuracy calibration before leaving the factory. Non professionals are strictly prohibited from adjusting the instrument calibration buttons and knobs without authorization. Once the parameters are changed without authorization, it will directly cause the measurement accuracy to fail. 4、 Applicable environmental requirements for use
