Setra Systems SPC5000 and SPC7000 are the most advanced and versatile remote particle counter series, capable of measuring particles ranging from 0.3 μ m to 25 μ m with a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM). Each instrument can be easily integrated into building automation and cleanroom management systems through Ethernet, USB, or (optional) wireless 802.11 b/g, RS485, or RS232. The SPC7000 series can also be used as a standalone battery operated device.

6 user selectable particle size channels
SPC5000 and SPC7000 report and display up to 6 user selectable particle size channels, as well as temperature and relative humidity, flow rate and sensor status, last calibration date, serial number, laser on time, and manufacturing date, for easy maintenance and quality assurance management.

User friendly experience
View data in real-time on the screen, And through a printer orGenerate a report that complies with ISO14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1, or FS 209E standards for USB key generation, or export it to Setra Systems data download software. Setra Systems counters can be remotely controlled and monitored through a web browser.

Advanced Data Storage
Both SPC5000 and SPC7000 series particle counters are capable of storing 45000 time stamped particle counts and environmental data records, providing sufficient data redundancy. Its mass concentration mode can also provide approximate density values in units of μ g/m ³.

allSetra Systems counters comply with ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 standards. The SPC7301 configuration ensures compatibility with the built-in pulse height analyzer.
