The inclinometers NA2-05, NA2-10, NA3-30, NA4-45, and NA4-70 based on capacitive dielectric liquids contain new sensor electronic components. These components consist of a highly stable laser fine-tuning signal regulator (with temperature drift electronic compensation), a highly stable power supply voltage regulation circuit, and a measurement signal low-pass filter used to eliminate unwanted noise.
The principle of capacitance measurement ensures a very stable linear relationship between the measured inclination and the standardized output signal.
Sensor electronic devices require minimal power and, together with capacitive primary transformers, have the characteristics of low error, high signal-to-noise ratio, and high long-term stability.
In contrast to using an accelerometer to measure tilt, this measurement principle creates a linear relationship between the tilt to be measured and the output signal, independent of the gravity constant of the measurement location, whether in Europe, Australia, Mount Everest, or the moon.
