The significance of environmental stress screening:

Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) refers to the method of screening for climate, thermal, or mechanical stresses that a sample may come into contact with, which may cause premature failure. For example, it can detect defects in electronic module design, materials, or production.

Stress screening (ESS) technology can detect early failures during the development and production stages, reducing the risk of failure caused by design selection errors or poor process technology, and greatly improving product reliability.

Through environmental stress screening, unreliable systems that have entered the production testing phase can be identified, which has become a standard method for quality improvement and effectively extends the normal working life of products.

The size of the testing space ranges from 210 liters to 1000 liters, and the temperature ranges from -70 ℃ to+150 ℃, which can basically meet the needs of all customers.

Temperature change rate

Accurate program control can be achieved for temperature rise and fall rates ranging from 0.01 ℃/min to the maximum temperature rise and fall rates (5 ℃/min, 10 ℃/min, 15 ℃/min).

The humidity function has two methods: high-temperature compressor dehumidification or adding a separate dehumidification compressor dehumidification. The temperature and humidity range is shown in the figure.

The low-noise water-cooled unit is composed of two semi enclosed compressors, using environmentally friendly refrigerants, three-dimensional pipeline vibration reduction design, nitrogen protection without oxidation welding, continuous adjustment of refrigeration and dehumidification capacity from 0 to 100%, and comprehensive technology applications such as gas-liquid bypass automatic adjustment and evaporation temperature adjustment to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the refrigeration unit.

The SDE standard test chamber compressor is configured in multiple specifications from 4-45Hp to meet customers' different needs for temperature range, rate, and load.

Ergonomic Design

box layout

Single door, hinge on the left side, can be accessed to the testing room after opening the door. Through the multi-layer electric glass observation window and lighting on the door, the status of the test sample can be monitored at any time.

The controller LCD touch screen is installed on the three-axis rotating bracket on the right side of the box, making it easy to operate.

Lead hole

There are two sets of lead holes on each side of the box for easy operation and use.
