1、 OverviewSD series angular stroke electric actuatorIt is manufactured by our company using and absorbing technology from the French company Bernard. The SD series electric actuator is a terminal control device for industrial process measurement and control systems. It can convert the system's control signals (analog signals or intermittent signals) into mechanical displacements (angular displacement, multi angle displacement, or linear displacement), and output torque or thrust to control the opening of valves or other regulating mechanisms, so that the controlled medium works according to the system's specified state. Angular stroke electric actuators are used to drive valves with a 90 ° angle, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, louvers, dampers, plug valves, baffle valves, etc.SD series angular stroke electric actuatorSafe and reliable, with a wide variety of specifications, high precision, complete functions, light weight, easy installation, debugging, operation, and maintenance, it has reached the international level of the 1990s and has been widely used in industries such as energy, metallurgy, petroleum, light industry, chemical industry, building materials, etc. It plays an important role in industrial process detection and control systems.
2、 Product classification: SD series integral proportional adjustment type angular stroke electric actuator installation form can be divided into two categories: direct connection type - the actuator is directly connected to the regulating mechanism such as the valve through the flange at the output end. Base type - The actuator is installed on a base and connected to regulating mechanisms such as valves through output arms and levers. Integral proportional adjustment type - that is, the actuator and position positioning plate GamX are assembled into one and installed on site.

5、 Structural characteristics and working principle
5.1 Structural characteristics of the actuator The actuator is mainly composed of an electric motor (single-phase or three-phase), a reducer, a switch control box, a mechanical limit device, and a handwheel. 5.1.1 The electric motor is the power device of the actuator. This motor has good servo characteristics, namely high starting torque multiples, low starting current, and small moment of inertia. A temperature switch is installed inside the stator of the motor for overheating protection. When the motor experiences abnormal overheating, the switch will disconnect, which will control the circuit of the motor to be disconnected, thus protecting the motor and actuator from being burned out. After the motor cools down, the switch will be restored and the motor will resume operation.
5.1.2 The reducer generally consists of three stages of reduction (usually only two stages for multiple rotations). The first and second stages are driven by planetary gears with small volume, large transmission ratio, and high efficiency. Some reducers use helical gear transmission for the second stage, and the last stage is driven by worm gears, worms, or screw nuts with large reduction ratio and self-locking performance. The reducer of the angular travel actuator with a maximum torque of 600Nm has a two-stage planetary gear transmission at the high-speed stage and a worm gear transmission at the output stage. The high-speed stage of the multi turn actuator reducer is planetary gear transmission, and the output stage is helical gear transmission. The reducer of the angular travel actuator with a torque of not less than 1000Nm is composed of a multi turn actuator reducer matched with a worm gear and a worm gear reducer.
The internal structure of the circuit is as follows:
