The Scientz-207A ultra-high pressure homogenizer utilizes the ultra-high pressure energy generated by servo motor power to instantly release materials through narrow slits, achieving crushing, homogenization, emulsification, and dispersion effects under the action of high shear effects, cavitation effects, and collision effects, while maintaining a constant pressure working state. The material particle size can be uniformly refined to below 100nm, with a crushing rate greater than 95%. All contact material pipelines are made of 316L stainless steel material, which has the advantages of high pressure, small volume, light weight, easy operation, intuitive display, high processing efficiency, and large sample output. It is a standard equipment for research and production in industries such as biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals.

DESCRIPTION

The Scientz-207A ultra-high pressure homogenizer is a miniaturized desktop biological sample processing device that can achieve cell crushing or material homogenization in biological laboratories and small-scale production. Different samples achieve fragmentation, emulsification, and dispersion effects by controlling pressure, flow rate, cavitation, impact, shear, and process duration. There is also a cooling circulation system interface, which is matched with a constant temperature bath to effectively control temperature and improve homogenization effect. Suitable for universities, research institutes, and enterprise R&D laboratories in fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics, food and beverage, graphene, etc.




Working principle

The material enters the high-pressure chamber from the material cup through a one-way valve, and is pressurized by the pump body to reach the regulated high pressure. It is instantly released through a specific width of flow restriction gap to form a micro jet that impacts the impact valve or homogenization valve. The material is then subjected to cavitation, impact, and shear to achieve the purpose of emulsification, dispersion, and cell pulverization.
