DESCRIPTION

JY98-IIIDN Ultrasonic Cell Grinder is a multifunctional and multi-purpose instrument that utilizes the cavitation effect of ultrasound to process experimental samples. It has the advantages of continuously adjustable ultrasound time and power, temperature alarm function to prevent sample overheating, and can crush various animal and plant tissues, cells, bacteria. It can also be used for emulsification, separation, dispersion, extraction, and acceleration of chemical reactions.




Working principle

Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquid, the transducer generates high-intensity shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the amplitude lever, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure. The cells are crushed by cavity expansion and explosion. In addition, the use of ultrasonic waves to propagate in liquids generates intense disturbance, causing particles to experience significant acceleration, resulting in collisions with each other or with the vessel wall to achieve the effects of fragmentation, emulsification, and separation.
