The complete metal component heat treatment equipment consists of three parts, namely ceramic electric heater, temperature control box, and auxiliary materials.
1. Ceramic electric heater: also known as heating element, is the source of heat when heating workpieces. Our company provides you with multiple models and specifications, each with its own characteristics and varying performance. Such as LCD track type heaters, SCD rope type heaters, NJ internal heating frame heaters, etc., users generally need to choose according to the shape, thickness, and required temperature value of the heated workpiece.
2. Temperature control box: It is matched with ceramic electric heaters, providing power for ceramic electric heaters and controlling their working status to achieve temperature control. The temperature control box is equipped with a temperature controller for controlling and measuring the temperature of the workpiece. The configured temperature recorder is used to record the temperature curve of the workpiece in real time for users to archive and file. At present, our company provides users with various models and specifications of temperature control boxes, such as ZWK, WCK, RWK series intelligent temperature program control boxes, DWK, TCS series computer temperature control boxes, LWK series temperature control boxes, etc. When selecting, users need to choose the ideal and practical temperature control box according to the heating range, heating process requirements, and on-site requirements.
3. Auxiliary materials: mainly include KJ type quick extension wires (connecting wires for the distance between the temperature control box and the heater, also used for series connection of heaters such as 36V, 55V, 110V, and equipped with quick connectors), thermocouples (temperature sensors used to measure the temperature of the heated workpiece), compensation wires (connecting wires for the distance between thermocouples and the temperature control box), and aluminum silicate high-temperature insulation cotton (to prevent heat dissipation).
Precautions for use:
1. The heated workpiece must have a reliable grounding.
2. Heaters are not allowed to overlap during use.
3. Thermocouples should be reliably attached to the workpiece.
