The entire set of equipment is designed and manufactured according to the pressure vessel, ensuring the safety of the equipment.
Both the extractor and separator are equipped with quick opening covers, and the quick opening mechanism adopts a special serrated thread (imported technology from the United States), making the opening and closing of the kettle lightweight and fast.
The extractor and separator are both made of 316 stainless steel integral forgings, which have high strength and long service life.
Three barrel design improves the effective contact between CO2 and materials in the extractor, overcoming the "side effect" of CO2
The phenomenon of "tong" has improved the extraction efficiency and yield, and shortened the extraction time.
The heat exchange system is equipped with an electric heating device, and the temperature can be set arbitrarily for uniform and stable heating.
5. The refrigeration unit adopts joint venture technology, with good refrigeration effect and beautiful appearance.
6. The equipment has reliable safety: in addition to the pressure components having sufficient safety margins, the extractor, separator, and evaporator are all equipped with safety valves, and the CO2 pump outlet is limited in pressure protection. If overpressure occurs, the entire unit will stop running.
The control system is easy to operate: the extraction and separation pressure, heating and cooling temperature, and CO2 flow rate can be set according to the process requirements. Computer centralized control, color LCD touch screen display and control, high-speed and high-performance microprocessor combined with the company's self-developed software can simultaneously detect, record, display, alarm and control multiple signals, and has USB interface. It can be plugged into a USB flash drive to backup historical data or connected to a printer to print historical curves and data.
Using a frequency converter to regulate CO2 flow is convenient for process needs and energy-saving.
Containers, valves, fittings, and pipelines that come into contact with fluids are all made of stainless steel.
