S6022 series flow switchUsed to sense changes in the flow rate of liquid through pipelines and provide flow interruption protection. The switch can be adjusted according to different flow requirements. This switch adopts a high load single pole double throw (SPDT) micro switch, which has the characteristic of fast action and ensures the instantaneous switching. The shell design adopts a fully sealed structure, and the internal components are made of stainless steel corrosion-resistant materials to ensure that the switch works normally in any environment. The fluid temperature ranges from 0 to 120 ℃.

S6022 comes with a detachable 1-inch inch inch and an additional 6-inch flow plate when it leaves the factory. If other sizes are required, the flow plate can be trimmed according to the template, and its arc matches the pipeline.

The flow switch must be installed on a straight pipeline with a linear travel of at least 5 times the diameter on both sides. When installing the switch, its wiring terminals should be located in an easy to connect position.

The S6022 flow switch cannot withstand water hammer. If a quick closing valve is installed downstream of the flow switch, a suitable throttle must be used.

Flow switches can be installed in horizontal pipelines or vertical pipelines with upward flow direction, but cannot be installed in pipelines with downward flow direction. When installing pipelines in the liquid flow direction, the switch should be adjusted to a value slightly higher than the typical flow meter due to the need to consider the influence of gravity.
