Usage and maintenance:

The thread size for the fit between the cable joint and the outer shell is M20 × 1.5, and the cable diameter is between Φ 8 and Φ 14.3. The cable joint must have the corresponding explosion-proof certificate.

The tightening torque of the internal grounding terminal is 2Nm; the tightening torque of the explosion-proof surface is 5.5Nm; the external grounding bolt M4X6 is used to tighten the 4mm ² conductor.

The entrance should be equipped with explosion-proof certified cable glands and compatible protection modes for the specified purpose.

In addition to using the installation manual, operators should comply with the requirements of EN 60079-14 during assembly, operation, and maintenance.

Repair and maintenance shall comply with the requirements of EN 60079-19.

Use a damp cloth to clean the product casing.

Users are prohibited from repairing or modifying explosion-proof content.

Warning:

It is strictly prohibited to disassemble and assemble without authorization, and it is strictly prohibited to open the cover with electricity on; Please do not open in dangerous situations; Wipe with a damp cloth when opening.

After the power is cut off, wait for 25 minutes before turning it back on.

Potential electrostatic hazards.

Use fasteners with yield stress>=450MPa.

The explosion-proof joint surface cannot be repaired or modified by the user themselves.

Installation must be carried out by personnel who have received relevant training or have relevant work experience. During the installation process, be careful not to operate with electricity and install the driver according to the regulations.

The device contains electrical and electronic components, so it is prohibited to dispose of the product as ordinary waste after it is scrapped. The disposal method should comply with the regulations and requirements of the local government.

Special usage conditions:

In normal use, the gap between the shaft and the sleeve may increase due to wear. As the sleeve and the explosion-proof upper shell have an interference fit, the sleeve is not easy to replace. When the gap exceeds the manufacturer's specified gap, the equipment should be stopped from use.

Imported parts should be equipped with Ex certified cable sheaths, and their protection mode should be compatible with the intended use.

During assembly, operation, and maintenance, operators should comply with the requirements of EN 60079-14 and indicate it next to the instruction manual.

Repairs and major repairs shall comply with EN60079-19.

Cannot be used in areas affected by charge generation processes, mechanical friction, separation processes, electron emission, and aerodynamic dust transport.
