S6 Flex M2 Fluorescent Enzyme Linked Immunospot Analyzer

S6 Flex M2 is a dedicated 4-color fluorescent spot reader, and more! It supports enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) spot/fluorescent spot detection by achieving high-throughput PBMC activity counting, which is a rate limiting step in ELISA spot detection for detecting multiple PBMC samples. Flex is equipped with optical devices, along with a CTL specific LDA cell counting kit, allowing for live and dead cell counting of dozens of PBMC samples within minutes, including recording the survival/fitness of the samples and calculating the resuspension volume. Flex is a multifunctional device that supports several standard testing methods in immune monitoring laboratories. Its ability to count live/dead cells and TVA cytotoxicity kit make Flex a high-throughput reader for cell-mediated cytotoxicity detection. By BioSpot ™ Software enabled, this instrument allows automatic reading of virus neutralization and infectivity analysis in multiple well formats. This instrument has the function of supporting operation in specified environments and has high-throughput capability. When equipped with our automatic flatbed loader, it can handle up to 400 tablets per run.
