Product Details

Rubber thickness gauge, disc thickness gauge, wire and cable tester

1. Purpose

It can measure the thickness and uniformity of vulcanized rubber, plastic materials and products, as well as be used to measure the thickness of wires and cables. There are two types: desktop and handheld, and an electronic digital display can also be configured.

2、 Main parameters

Measurement range: 0-10mm

Division value: 0.01mm

Upper foot diameter measurement: 6 ± 0.05mm

Apply pressure: 22 ± 5Kpa

Net weight: 0.7kg

3、 Structure Introduction

The lifting and lowering of the percentage bar is manually operated, and the upper end of the dial gauge is equipped with a pressure hammer and the lower end is equipped with a measuring head. Press down and lift the dial gauge measuring rod upwards, while the Panasonic lifting hand measuring rod descends.

4、 Usage method

Before measuring the sample, first adjust the position of the joint between the dial gauge measuring rod and the worktable, then tighten the fastening screw on the bracket. With the measuring head in contact with the worktable, adjust the scale line of the dial gauge to the zero position. After moving the measuring rod up and down several times, check whether the zero position of the dial gauge has moved. If there is any movement, tighten it again, then press the handle and place the sample. At this time, the reading on the dial gauge is the thickness value of the sample. To measure the uniformity of a sample, simply observe the variation of the dial indicator pointer at different points to obtain the thickness (uniformly distributed thickness value) of the sample.
