Overview

The rubber capillary rheometer RCR 75 is an instrument for rubber testing, with a measurement force of 75KN. It can simulate the extrusion injection molding process, and users can choose two different modes. In addition, the material can be extruded into an open space. Extrusion mode is used to determine information about specific flow properties of rubber. The second mode is injection mode, which analyzes specific behaviors during the injection molding process. The operator can quickly switch between two operating modes. The measurement mode has elevated rubber testing to a new level close to rubber mixture processing.
