Rubber rotorless vulcanizing instrument is used to determine the characteristics of uncured rubber and find the suitable vulcanization time for the rubber material. This machine adopts an imported intelligent digital temperature control instrument, which is easy to adjust and set, has a wide temperature control range, and high control accuracy. Its stability, reproducibility, and accuracy are superior to general rotary vulcanizing instruments. The rubber rotorless vulcanizing instrument adopts computer control and interface board for data acquisition, storage, processing, and printing of test results, making its functions more powerful. It has functions such as curve comparison and magnification. Using the WINDOWS series operating system platform and a graphical software interface, digital processing is made more accurate, making user testing operations simple, fast, flexible, and easy to maintain.

According to the principle of measurement, it can be divided into two types. Type * applies a certain amplitude of force to the rubber material to measure the corresponding deformation, such as the Wallace vulcanizing instrument and the Akfa vulcanizing instrument. Type * applies a certain amplitude of shear deformation to the rubber material to measure the corresponding shear force, including the rotary and non rotary disk oscillation vulcanizing instruments. According to usage classification, there are cone vulcanizers suitable for sponge products, vulcanizers suitable for factory quality control, differential vulcanizers suitable for research, and program-controlled vulcanizers suitable for simulating the vulcanization process of thick products and determining the optimal vulcanization state. Most of the current products are this type of rotorless vulcanizing apparatus.

The buttons clicked by the mouse on the computer have the same function as the buttons on the main panel, making it easier for users to operate. The software interface of the computer is quite user-friendly and extremely easy to use. Users can measure the burning time, vulcanization time, vulcanization index, torque, etc., making it an ideal equipment for controlling the quality of rubber materials, rapid inspection, and basic rubber research in the rubber industry.

The temperature measurement and control circuit consists of an adaptive high-precision PID temperature controller, a steady-state relay, a platinum resistor, and a heater. It can automatically track changes in the external power grid and environmental temperature, automatically and in real time correct PID parameters, and achieve fast and temperature control. With the strong support of computer databases and related software, the data collection system stores all the data measured each time and optimizes various parameters. According to the optimization plan, all data can be sorted to find the optimal vulcanization parameters. In addition to real-time printing of vulcanization curves, any previous vulcanization curve and parameters can also be displayed and printed on the monitor.
