Melt flow rate meter refers to the mass or volume of thermoplastic material passing through a standard die every 10 minutes at a certain temperature and load. This instrument is only suitable for the determination of melt flow rate (MFR) by mass method, and its value can characterize the viscous flow characteristics of thermoplastic in the molten state.
