The Hoemer roughness meter Waveline W10 is a portable instrument for measuring roughness. The roughness tester measures all common roughness parameters according to international standards such as DIN EN ISO or ISO MOTIF. The Hommel W10 surface roughness meter, represented by Suzhou Yadun Electromechanical, does not require a power supply and is powered by batteries. It can transmit wirelessly, which makes it very flexible in practical operation. The button can be rotated 90 degrees, so that roughness measurement can occur in a vertical position or horizontal scan. The W10 roughness tester adopts a modern 4.3-inch touch screen, which displays both fault tolerance level and surface contour simultaneously. These measurement results can be directly printed out through an integrated thermal printer, making instant file recording possible.
This roughness tester has 8 possible measurement programs, one of which is specifically designed for device validation as a monitoring program. Here is an integrated roughness standard and set value stored for on-site inspection of equipment. Alternatively, the evaluation software EVOVIS can be purchased for roughness testers equipped with USB and Bluetooth interfaces, allowing for the evaluation of determined measurement values and their saving to a computer.
