Working Principle:

Installation and Debugging
(1) Preparation before installation
Organize installation personnel to familiarize themselves with the equipment installation diagram, understand the structure, function, characteristics, and relevant technical requirements of the equipment.
A dedicated person should be responsible for unpacking the equipment. After unpacking, the equipment components should be checked for completeness and damage according to the packing list. If necessary, perform maintenance, cleaning, and oiling, then arrange neatly and cover with oilcloth or plastic cloth.
According to the requirements of the process layout diagram and the actual situation on site, check whether the equipment dimensions match the structure.
(2) Installation of equipment
Lift the whole machine into the canal, place it in the correct position, ensure the levelness of the main shaft, equal gap between the frame and both sides of the canal, and reliable sealing of the water seal rubber plate. Then, fix it to the foundation with expansion bolts or weld the frame pad to the foundation embedded steel plate.
(3) Debugging of equipment
Before starting up, the equipment should be thoroughly inspected and oiled. Check that all fasteners are not loose; Adjust the tightness of the transmission chain and rake tooth traction chain; Check the oil level of the gearbox. If there is no oil or insufficient oil, add lubricating oil.
Instantly start the motor and check if the rake teeth are running in the correct direction. The rake teeth run upwards in front of the grille (water inlet). After confirming that there are no abnormal phenomena (no shaking, no jamming, and no abnormal noise), the motor is officially started.
After 2-3 hours of no-load operation, if there are no abnormalities, water test can be carried out.
The rated voltage is 380V, the grounding resistance is less than 4 Ω, and the grounding should be safe and reliable.
6、 Operation and maintenance
During operation, if there are fibers or debris blocking the rake chain, they should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
If the motor runs normally but the rake chain does not operate during operation, it indicates that overload has caused the safety shear pin to cut off, and the overload safety pin needs to be replaced.
Add the same lubricating grease (2 # calcium based grease) to the rolling bearing once a week, and inject it from the oil nozzle on the bearing seat with a grease gun.
