Working Principle:

During operation, the isolation diaphragms and filling fluid on the high and low pressure sides transmit the process pressure to the filling fluid, which then transmits the pressure to the sensing diaphragm at the center of the sensor. The sensing membrane is a tensioned elastic element whose displacement varies with the applied pressure (forGPGauge pressure transmitter, atmospheric pressure is applied to the low-pressure side of the sensing diaphragm.APThe absolute pressure transmitter maintains a reference pressure on the low pressure side at all times. The displacement of the sensing membrane is0.004Inches（0.1Millimeters), and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. The position of the sensing membrane is detected by the capacitive plates on both sides. The difference in capacitance between the sensing membrane and the capacitor plate is converted into the corresponding current, voltage, or digital valueHART(High speed addressable remote transmitter data highway) output signal.
