Application scope:

The glass bottle internal pressure resistance testing machine is applicable to the internal pressure resistance test of beer bottles, white wine bottles, infusion bottles, steam bottles, white wine bottles, antibiotic bottles and other glass bottles in the light industry, medicine and food industries. According to the provisions of the experimental items in the GB/T 4546-2008 (Internal pressure resistance test method for glass containers) standard, the product automatically displays the pressure changes in the entire experimental process, which can meet the requirements of the glass pressure maintaining test and bursting pressure test of various capacities. The glass bottle internal pressure testing machine is a testing instrument required by breweries, glass bottle manufacturers, quality inspection centers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Testing principle:

The pressure generated by the hydraulic pump driven by the servo motor in the internal pressure testing machine is transmitted to the pressure sensor and the tested glass sample bottle in an equivalent manner through the pipeline. The equipment controller collects pressure signals in real time from the pressure sensor and controls the servo motor to drive the hydraulic pump according to the pressure signal value to linearly increase the pressure change in the system according to the requirements of the national standard and ISO standard until it reaches the preset value. During the pressurization or holding process, if the tested sample bottle breaks, it is considered unqualified. If the tested sample bottle is still intact after the system automatically releases pressure after the test is completed, it is considered qualified.
