Body sliding tester

The body sliding performance tester is a multifunctional integrated instrument developed for testing the physical properties of materials. It can perform tests on the opening force of aluminum-plastic bottle caps, the breaking force of ampoules, the puncture force of rubber stoppers, the tensile strength of aluminum foil sheets, as well as the fixed force value and positioning displacement. Expansion can also be tested for other projects. This instrument is used for testing drug packaging materials such as injection and infusion bottles with aluminum caps, butyl rubber stoppers, aluminum-plastic composite caps, polypropylene composite caps, films, composite films, medicinal aluminum foils, PVC hard sheets, pre filled syringes, disposable syringes, etc., for bridge connection force, puncture force, sliding performance, body tightness, opening force, tensile strength, heat sealing strength, etc.

Testing principle:

Fix the sample onto the sample holder, move the push rod downwards, and conduct a sliding test on the device body. By using an instrument force measurement system to test the changes in force and displacement during this process, corresponding experimental data can be obtained.
