structural principle
This machine is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical system, independent hydraulic clamping system, and electronic control system.
The mechanical part consists of a frame, worktable, drive reduction mechanism, working disc, sample holder, roller, adjustable pressure roller, protective cover, etc. The driving unit adopts a vertical two-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer and is equipped with a brake motor with brakes. It has the characteristics of low noise, high speed ratio, high torque, high efficiency, small size, smooth operation, and fast shutdown response speed. The sample holder is equipped with a hydraulic clamping device that can adjust the width of the jaws to facilitate the clamping of samples of different thicknesses. The roller and pressure roller are both processed by heat treatment, making them easy to replace and wear-resistant. This machine is equipped with a window protection cover, which can observe the test situation in real time and ensure the safety of the operator.
The hydraulic system mainly consists of oil cylinders, gear pumps, oil pump motors, solenoid valves, oil source tanks, etc. This machine is designed with a sample fixture displacement adjustment cylinder, a sample clamping cylinder, and a pressure roller displacement adjustment cylinder. During use, the position of the sample fixture and pressure roller can be independently adjusted according to different sample lengths.
The electronic control system consists of PLC controller, touch screen human-machine interaction system, angle signal sensor, etc. The touch screen human-machine interface can set parameters such as predetermined angle, sample size, roller diameter, etc. During the experiment, the rotation angle can be displayed in real time, which is convenient and intuitive. The start and stop of the device can be operated on the touch screen interface. The angle signal sensor uses a high-frequency proximity switch to collect rotation signals and calculates the rotation angle through a PLC controller, with high accuracy and long service life.
When using the equipment, first select the bending core roll with appropriate specification to install it in the center of the working disk, then hold the sample on the sample holder, adjust the fixture holder to the appropriate position, finally adjust the pressure roll to be close to the outside of the sample and automatically locate it, close the protective cover, and set the bending angle, sample size, roller diameter and other parameters on the touch screen to start the equipment. After the equipment is started, the reducer drives the working disc to rotate, and the pressure roller that moves with the working disc presses the sample tightly, causing the sample to bend around the bending core roller at the center of the working disc. After bending to the predetermined value, the equipment automatically stops and the test is completed.

1. Free training for 2-3 operators, with a training period of no less than three working days.
2. The equipment warranty period is 1 year, with lifelong maintenance and free software upgrades.
During the warranty period, replacement parts and manual services due to quality issues are free of charge. If the parts are replaced outside the warranty period or due to human damage, only the material cost fee will be charged.
4. Upon receiving the repair request, respond to the user's request within 1 hour. If on-site visit is required, arrive within 48 hours.
Within five years, at least one free voluntary on-site service will be provided each year to conduct comprehensive testing, evaluation, and necessary maintenance of the equipment.
