The rock triaxial testing machine mainly consists of a high stiffness host, a pressure self balancing triaxial pressure chamber, a booster, a servo hydraulic source, a servo valve, a measurement and control system, a computer system, and other parts.

Characteristic advantages:

1. The high stiffness host is a door type frame type high stiffness structure. The working oil cylinder is placed in the middle of the upper crossbeam of the frame, with rails on both sides for easy installation and disassembly of the three-axis pressure chamber. A spherical pressure plate is installed in the middle of the crossbeam on the frame, which can be automatically adjusted to ensure close contact between the pressure plate and the end of the compression rod.

2. The pressure self balancing three-axis pressure chamber adopts pressure self balancing technology, so that the axial test force and the confining pressure do not interfere with each other and are independent of each other. Made of high-strength alloy structural steel, each pressure plate and pressure transmitting piston rod are made of bearing steel that has undergone heat treatment and precision machining. The pressure chamber is placed on a mobile trolley and can move along the track, making it easy to load and unload samples.

3. Turbocharger is an ultra high pressure oil source that amplifies the working oil of the system and outputs it. The ultra high pressure oil is supplied to the three-axis pressure chamber. As lateral pressure (i.e. confining pressure).

4. The servo hydraulic source is composed of three parts: a high-pressure plunger pump group, an overflow valve, a servo oil system, and a low-pressure gear pump, which form an oil filling system and a confining pressure boosting system.
