【 Equipment Composition 】
The small-scale equipment for alcohol ether plant consists of the following five parts:
Feeding unit: responsible for accurately measuring and transporting raw materials to the reaction unit.
Reaction unit: including the reaction kettle, which is a key part of alcohol ether synthesis and has good temperature and pressure resistance.
Exhaust gas absorption unit: used to absorb and treat the exhaust gas generated during the reaction process, ensuring environmental emissions.
Public works: including vacuum pumps, nitrogen systems, cooling systems, etc., to provide necessary conditions for the reaction process.
Control system: Siemens automation control system is adopted to achieve intelligent management of equipment operation.

【 Working Principle 】
The vacuum pump evacuates the system to remove water, and nitrogen is pressurized and stabilized by a pressure reducing valve before blowing and replacing the raw material tank and reaction kettle.
Epoxy propane enters the reaction vessel after being interlocked with an electronic scale through a shut-off valve and preheated by a preheater. The reaction vessel is then stirred and heated.
Ethylene oxide is controlled and measured by a flow meter, preheated by a preheater, and enters the reaction vessel. The feeding system is placed in a low-temperature constant temperature box.
The materials react in the reaction vessel, which is temperature controlled by an oil bath jacket and assisted by heat transfer through coils inside the vessel.
The reactor is equipped with safety measures such as pressure gauges, pressure sensors, rupture valves, proportional relief valves, and emergency discharge pneumatic ball valves for overheating and overpressure.
After the reaction is completed, the tail gas is treated by the alkali washing tower and discharged. The system is evacuated and the gas is discharged after being treated by the alkali washing tower.
