The ring mill is an innovative mechanical crushing equipment that combines the characteristics of traditional Raymond machines and ball mills. It is mainly composed of concave grinding rails, convex grinding wheels, etc., utilizing the circular working trajectory of the Raymond machine and the "point to point" contact force advantage of the ball mill. It crushes finer than the Raymond machine and has higher working efficiency than the ball mill. The crushing medium is made of a unique high hardness element alloy, which avoids the wear and tear of the Raymond machine, effectively reduces equipment maintenance costs, and improves the purity of the final product.
The ring mill is currently mainly used for ultrafine processing of non-metallic minerals such as heavy calcium and light calcium, as well as for some chemical raw materials such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium; Compared with our graded impact mill, its crushing fineness is finer: it can reach 3000 mesh while maintaining whiteness and purity; When the fineness is the same as that of impact grinding, the content of fine powder is higher and the specific surface area is larger. It can also be applied to materials with high hardness: it can be used for ultrafine grinding of materials with a hardness of about 5.
Another unique advantage of the ring mill is that it can maintain or even increase the thin film ratio of the material when processing sheet-like materials, such as the ultra-thin and ultrafine required for mica, with good peeling performance.
This machine comes standard with a complete set of equipment consisting of a ring mill host, a high-precision vertical turbine classifier, a cyclone collector, a polymer bag electronic pulse dust collector, and corresponding motors and electrical control equipment.
