Sewage treatment control system

The overall design framework of the sewage treatment control system based on PLC control is automated by industrial control computers and PLCs to control the non incident treatment system. The reliability and stability of PLC are very high, and its anti-interference ability is relatively strong, which can well meet the needs of on-site control. However, it lacks a good human-computer interaction interface; If it is controlled by an industrial control computer, although it has convenience and flexibility, it does not have the advantages of PLC. This design perfectly combines the advantages of PLC and IPC, organically combining the two.

The structure of the sewage treatment control system is master-slave with upper and lower computers, and the functions of each part are as follows:

Lower level computer: The main control PLC is connected to the sewage treatment equipment and collects on-site data through the first and second PLC stations to achieve local alarm, status determination, and substation control functions.

Upper computer: Industrial control computer. Its real-time monitoring interface is designed with configuration software as the core, including status display, fault recording, time and date, load recording, system settings, parameter settings, mode selection, report statistics, and real-time data display. It has a very friendly and intuitive operation interface.

In addition, the upper computer is connected to input and output devices such as UPS and printers.
