Each pump (centrifugal submersible sewage pump) needs to be equipped with a coupling interface, coupling base, stainless steel guide rail, guiding hook device or suspension chain, and other necessary accessories to play a connecting role during movement and automatic positioning. The coupling device can slide freely along the guide rail under the traction of the lifting chain from the pump pit mouth to the coupling base. When the pump is placed at the lower end, its coupling interface and coupling base can be tightly combined, and can be sealed by the pressure of the pump's own weight. The entire weight of the pump is borne by the coupling base, and there will be a certain distance between the pump body and the pump pit, which cannot be in direct contact.
The volute of the 3.3.3 volute pump will be a whole piece of gray cast iron 35B grade (DIN1691, GG25), with an eccentric design and a sufficiently large smooth flow channel to allow particles entering the impeller to pass through.
3.3.4 The impeller is made of gray cast iron material of 35B grade (DIN1691, GG25). Adopting anti winding and unobstructed design. 3.3.5 Internal circulation closed cooling jacket This cooling system surrounds the stator chamber and eliminates the heat generated by the motor. The inserted mechanical seal or small impeller in the impeller enables the circulation of coolant in the cooling jacket. The coolant will be non-toxic to the environment, such as propylene glycol or other similar coolant. The coolant will form turbulence in the closed cooling system to ensure heat transfer. The cooling jacket is equipped with filling and exhaust holes, and does not accept the use of pumped medium cooling systems or oil filled motor cooling methods. 3.3.6 The pump shaft and motor shaft will be the same unit, and the pump shaft will be an extension of the motor shaft and cannot be coupled. The material of the pump shaft will be ASTM-431 or 420 stainless steel, and cannot be replaced by a stainless steel pump shaft with a sleeve. The integrated prefabricated pump station has a beautiful appearance and is easy to coordinate with the surrounding area. The pump station is usually buried underground, with only maintenance holes and control boxes left on the ground. The ground shape is like an ordinary sewage inspection well, and a landscape style management room can be optionally placed on the ground to coordinate well with the surrounding area. Through the bottom design of the cylinder, less sewage is stored at the bottom of the cylinder, making it less prone to sludge accumulation. By intelligently controlling the start and stop of the submersible sewage pump, turbulence is formed at the bottom of the cylinder to achieve automatic cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. The design of the outlet pipe at the bottom of the cylinder achieves the effect of flushing the bottom of the cylinder. After the small pump station is buried underground, its impact on the surrounding area is relatively small.
