Overview

The integrated prefabricated pump station is a new type of sewage treatment equipment designed specifically for urban rainwater collection and drainage, as well as urban sewage upgrading. The pump pit design features an integrated discharge connection. The pump station is an underground type, and the main body of the pump station consists of components such as the pump station cylinder, submersible pump, coupling device, pipeline, valve, liquid level sensor, control system, crushing grille, and ventilation system. It is a new type of integrated pump station equipment that is easy to use, reliable in quality, requires less civil engineering work, and has lower costs. Its significant feature is volume optimization, which can be used as a substitute for small and medium-sized concrete pump stations.

1. Pre treatment of basket grille

The basket grille achieves automatic and uninterrupted filtration of the water body through guide rails, basket grilles, and lifting motors, while saving manpower and material resources, preventing damage to the submersible sewage pump caused by block shaped garbage in the sewage.

2 Non clogging submersible sewage pumps

The matching of submersible sewage pumps in the pumping station adopts a method of 2 in use and 1 backup. The submersible sewage pumps can operate continuously and intermittently under submerged conditions, which can ensure energy saving under normal domestic water use and also ensure flow changes caused by peak water use.

The submersible sewage pump is vertical, with a centrifugal impeller and an anti winding and non clogging design. Capable of transporting raw and untreated sewage, fixed wet installation (submersible sewage pump), using an automatic coupling system, relying on the pump's own weight to slide down along the guide rod to reach the base, and automatically connected and sealed with the outlet. During maintenance, the unit can be lifted at any time without the need for maintenance personnel to enter the pump pit. It can transport raw and unfiltered sewage or sludge (with a solid content of about 4% and a sand content of generally 300mg/L, up to 1000mg/L), and can pass through viscous materials, rags, waste paper, plastics, etc. without clogging.

Each pump (centrifugal submersible sewage pump) needs to be equipped with a coupling interface, coupling base, stainless steel guide rail, guiding hook device or suspension chain, and other necessary accessories to play a connecting role during movement and automatic positioning. The coupling device can slide freely along the guide rail under the traction of the lifting chain from the pump pit mouth to the coupling base. When the pump is placed at the lower end, its coupling interface and coupling base can be tightly combined, and can be sealed by the pressure of the pump's own weight. The entire weight of the pump is borne by the coupling base, and there will be a certain distance between the pump body and the pump pit, which cannot be in direct contact.

3.3.3 Spiral shell

The volute of the pump will be made of a whole piece of gray cast iron 35B grade (DIN1691, GG25), with an eccentric design and a sufficiently large smooth flow channel to allow particles entering the impeller to pass through.

3.3.4 Impeller

The impeller is made of gray cast iron material of 35B grade (DIN1691, GG25). Adopting anti winding and unobstructed design. The impeller can handle impurities in solids, fibers, viscous sludge, and other wastewater. The gap between the impeller and the volute can be adjusted by an adjusting bolt. The impeller and shaft are fixed by a corrosion-resistant locking bolt. And it can spray alkyd polyester tree through 100mm diameter particles and impellers

3.3.5 Internal circulation closed cooling jacket

This cooling system will surround the stator chamber and eliminate the heat generated by the motor. The inserted mechanical seal or small impeller in the impeller enables the circulation of coolant in the cooling jacket. The coolant will be non-toxic to the environment, such as propylene glycol or other similar coolant. The coolant will form turbulence in the closed cooling system to ensure heat transfer. The cooling jacket is equipped with filling and exhaust holes, and does not accept the use of pumped medium cooling systems or oil filled motor cooling methods. Manufacturer's color samples and manufacturer's stamped explanatory materials must be provided.

3.3.6 Pump shaft

The pump and motor shaft will be the same unit, and the pump shaft will be an extension of the motor shaft, so coupling cannot be used. The material of the pump shaft will be ASTM-431 or 420 stainless steel, and cannot be replaced by a stainless steel pump shaft with a sleeve.
