1、 Qualification requirements for contracting (mandatory)

1. possessProfessional contracting qualification for waterproof, anti-corrosion and insulation engineering (Level 2 or above).

2. possessSafety Production LicenseThe personnel insurance is complete.

3. Construction personnel must hold certificates:High altitude operation certificate, welder certificate, electrician certificateWaiting for the special operation certificate.

4. can provideEnterprise business license, qualification certificate, safety permit, personnel identification documentsfor reference.

2、 Personnel and team requirements

1. Fixed professional insulation team,No temporary assembly of odd jobs allowed.

2. Each team must have:1 supervisor, 1 technician, 1 quality officer, and 1 safety officer.

3. High altitude operations mustDouble rope safety belt, safety helmet, anti slip shoesIt is prohibited to work without a license.

3、 Material quality requirements (aluminum sheet+insulation layer+auxiliary materials)

1) Aluminum skin (outer protective layer)

• Material:3003-H24 rust proof aluminum (industrial/chemical/outdoor)

• ThicknessTank/equipment ≥ 0.8mm; pipeline ≥ 0.6mm; coastal/corrosive area ≥ 1.0mm

• Surface: No scratches, no oxidation, no burrs,Fluorocarbon or polyester coating ≥ 25 μ m

• Specification: Aluminum sheet coil/flat plate,Compliant with GB/T3880 standard

2) Insulation layer (rock wool/aluminum silicate/rubber/polyurethane)

• Must be rated as Class A fire-resistant (rock wool/aluminum silicate) or Class B1 fire-resistant (rubber/polyurethane) according to national standards

• Polyurethane:Density ≥ 40kg/m ³, closed cell rate ≥ 95%, thermal conductivity ≤ 0.022

3) Auxiliary materials

• Rivet:Galvanized/aluminum alloy pop rivets, spacing 150-200mm

• sealant:Neutral weather resistant silicone adhesive, -40 ℃~120 ℃

• Aluminum foil tape:Thickened waterproof type, overlap ≥ 80mm

• Strap/Tie Wire:Galvanized iron wire/stainless steel cable tie, spacing 300mm

4、 Construction process requirements (universal for tank/equipment)

1) Grassroots treatment

• Tank surfaceRust removal, oil removal, and welding slag removalSmooth and clean.

• The insulation nails are firmly welded, with an exposed length of ≥Aluminum skin thickness+5mm

2) Construction of insulation layer

• Wrong seam pavingThe seams of the upper and lower layers should be staggered by ≥ 200mm, and no through seams should be allowed.

• Layered compactionMulti layer insulation layer by layer with no hollowing or looseness.

• Fill the gaps tightlyFor use around pipe openings, flanges, and manholesSame type insulation material+sealantFill in.

3) Moisture proof layer (necessary for cold insulation)

4) Aluminum skin outer protection construction (core)

• Cutting:Mechanical cutting and bending, with an error of ≤ 2mm

• Overlap:Longitudinal ≥ 50mm, circumferential ≥ 50mm; longitudinal seam facing downwards (downstream)

6、 Requirements for Safe and Civilized Construction
