ElektroPhysik has a long-standing tradition of producing non-destructive coating thickness gauges for the precision machining industry for over 70 years. Typical applications: Measurement of non-magnetic coatings on steel, such as paint, varnish, enamel, chrome plating, and zinc plating thickness; Measurement of insulation coating thickness on non-ferrous metal substrates such as copper, aluminum, die cast zinc, and brass, including coatings, anodized layers, and ceramic layers.
The innovative new MiniTest 725 · 735 · 745 series thickness gauge, developed through Bluetooth, mobile app, and CAQ software, has set new standards for accuracy and flexibility in the industry. All models of the new model are equipped with Bluetooth function, which can wirelessly transfer data to a computer or mobile phone. As an alternative, data transmission can also be done through traditional USB connections. The data can be further processed on terminal devices through comprehensive evaluation of software, MSoft 7 Professional Edition, or mobile applications.
The MiniTest 745 is the top model in the series, and its flexible probe design is convincing. Multiple types of probes can be easily replaced, almost suitable for applications on both sides. Wireless probes provide additional comfort and flexibility.
In addition to a comprehensive range of standard probes, ElektroPhysik also offers a variety of special probes for particularly difficult applications: - FN 2.6 probe, suitable for body measurement, unaffected by workpiece shape or base material -0 °, 45 °, or 90 ° designed micro probes for measurement in thin layers and very small surfaces, grooves, boreholes, or grooves - HD sensors are suitable for heavy-duty use in harsh environments, with sensors or electronic devices specifically designed to prevent dust, paint, or other corrosive substances - tubular probes with handle extension rods for easy measurement in pipes and sleeves
