Overview

The regenerative combustion RCO equipment is an efficient VOCs purification device independently developed by Tiandeyi. The first step is the adsorption of VOCs molecules by the catalyst, which increases the concentration of reactants. The second step is the catalytic oxidation stage, which reduces the activation energy of the reaction and increases the reaction rate. With the help of catalysts, organic waste gas can undergo anaerobic combustion at a lower ignition temperature, decomposing into CO ₂ and H ₂ O and releasing a large amount of heat. Compared with direct combustion, it has the characteristics of low ignition temperature and low energy consumption. In some cases, no external heating is required after reaching the ignition temperature, and the reaction temperature is between 250-400 ℃.
