1、 HRB150 Product Overview:

The HRB150 heating and cooling cycle water bath has a large opening and depth, making it particularly suitable for constant temperature samples with large specifications. It has heating and cooling functions, a wide temperature range, and a built-in circulation pump for internal circulation of the liquid in the tank, resulting in high uniformity, up to ± 0.2 ℃. The studio and upper cover are made of stainless steel plates, which are corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, and have a long service life. The temperature control method adopts intelligent PID for control, with high temperature control accuracy and good uniformity. The operation is carried out through TFT touch screen and LCD display. Widely used in medical and health care, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, and industrial and mining enterprises for evaporation, drying, concentration, constant temperature heating chemistry, serum testing, constant temperature cultivation of biological products, disinfection and boiling. According to customer requirements, RS232 and RS485 ports and Labtemp software can also be configured for online temperature detection. In addition, the model can be upgraded to program-controlled, linear controlled, or externally temperature controlled.

2、 HRB150 product features:

1. 4.3-inch TFT color large screen display, high display accuracy of 0.01, multiple interfaces can be freely switched, and the machine's set temperature, actual temperature, liquid level, heating, cooling, speed, running/stopping and other operating states can be displayed on the screen;

2. The machine is designed with moving and handling handles on both sides, and universal casters at the bottom, making it very convenient for users to move the machine. The universal casters have a locking function, which can prevent accidents caused by the movement of the device during use;

3. Three temperature setting methods:

（1）The temperature can be set by pressing the button to increase or decrease by 0.1 degrees or 0.01 degrees;

(2) You can also long press the button to quickly increase and decrease;

(3) Quickly move the cursor to directly change the set value;

When the liquid level is low, it reminds the user that they can add liquid and stop the machine if they do not add liquid after waiting; Second level adjustable hardware safety temperature protection, which can promptly cut off the power supply of the heater during dry burning; The third level can set high and low temperature limits. When the detected temperature exceeds the set value, an alarm and shutdown will be triggered. Various alarm codes will be displayed directly, and the error point can be determined directly. The buzzer can be set to silent or audible when an alarm is triggered;

Mode 2: When the power is disconnected during device operation, the device will automatically run the next time it is powered on, and the set value can be changed (it will continue to run when power is restored after an unexpected power outage);

Mode 3: When the power is disconnected during device operation, the device will automatically run the next time it is powered on, and the set value cannot be changed (it will continue to run when power is restored after an unexpected power outage);
