Typical application areas:
Fluorescence/Raman spectroscopy fluorescence intensity is usually one order of magnitude weaker than excitation light, belonging to weak light signals. In order to detect fluorescence spectra, high-sensitivity fiber optic spectrometers are generally required; In contrast, Raman signals are even weaker and generally require fiber optic spectrometers with the ability to expose for long periods of time.
