1sample preparation

This standard substance is made from pure volatile organic compounds with a purity determined value, accurately prepared using the weight volume method, and uses methanol as the solvent. The TVOC standard substance set includes four components, divided into three concentrations and one blank. The total volatile organic compounds include benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, o-xylene, m-xylene, styrene, n-butyl acetate, and n-undecane.

IITraceability and value determination methods

This standard substance ensures the traceability of its quality value by using measurement methods and measuring instruments that meet the requirements of metrological characteristics. The purity of pure volatile organic compounds was determined by gas chromatography in multiple laboratories. The standard value of the concentration of the standard solution is based on the prepared value and verified by gas chromatography (FID detector).

4Uniformity inspection and stability assessment

According to JJF1343-2012 "General Principles and Statistical Principles for Determination of Standard Substances", the randomly sampled and packaged samples were subjected to uniformity testing and stability investigation of solution concentration using gas chromatography (FID detector). Test result: The uniformity meets the F-test rule, and the stability test is good.
The research and development unit will continue to track and monitor the stability of the standard substance. If any changes in the value are found during the validity period, the user will be notified in a timely manner.

5Packaging, Storage, and Use

1. Packaging: This standard substance is packaged in glass ampoules, 2ml per vial. Accurately remove as needed during use.

2. Storage and use: Store under dark and refrigerated conditions. Before use, equilibrate at room temperature (20 ± 3) ℃ and shake evenly. Once the ampoule is opened, it should be used immediately and cannot be melted again before being used as a standard substance.
