Background introduction:

Interleukin-12 (IL12, also known as IL12 p70) is a key class of immune regulatory cytokines, mainly secreted by activated dendritic cells, macrophages, B cells and other immune cells. It consists of two subunits, P35 and P40, forming a heterodimeric structure and playing a core bridging role in the body's innate and adaptive immune responses.

IL-12 can significantly activate NK cells, promote T lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation, effectively induce interferon - γ (IFN - γ) production, drive Th1 type immune response, and enhance the body's ability to clear pathogens such as viruses and intracellular pathogens. Meanwhile, IL-12 can enhance the killing activity of cytotoxic T cells, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, regulate the tumor microenvironment, and demonstrate good anti-tumor potential.

Because of its clear role and significant immune regulation effect, interleukin 12 is widely used in basic immune research, tumor immunotherapy, infectious diseases mechanism exploration and drug research and development, and is a valuable important cytokine in modern biomedicine and immunotherapy.

Recombinant Human IL12 provided by Serruicheng is a recombinant protein prepared by mammalian cell eukaryotic expression system. It is expressed by CHO eukaryotic expression system in a clean room that meets GMP standards, and is purified and filtered for sterilization. The theoretical molecular weights of P35 and P40 subunits are 35kD and 40kD, respectively.
