    This unique, anti arch blasting disc, featuring laser cutting and a pin design, represents the current market for sturdy and versatile blasting discs. The cutting profile of the buckle is calculated according to the Leonard Euler formula and has a low tolerance

    Anti arch buckle type blasting disc for low blasting pressure

    BT-KUB can be used in any gas, vapor, or liquid under harsh conditions and has a 98% higher operating ratio than the bursting disc industry. The double-layer material design and optional material selection provide great flexibility, maintaining high corrosion resistance while saving costs. The design of the bursting disc includes a smooth and flawless contour of the upstream sealing film without cutting lines, pits, or indentations. This enables BT-KUB to be used under sterile and hygienic conditions, and applied to ideal bursting discs with sterile or impurity free dead corners.

    Not affected by back pressure

    The material selection for the sealing film of the blasting disc should be based on the specific requirements of the process (possible corrosiveness). Due to the fact that the anti arch blasting disc is completely unaffected by back pressure, it is very suitable for CIP/SIP application solutions. The downstream detonation layer and spike design technology are completely isolated from the medium. According to the standard SST, regardless of any harsh industrial medium, downstream must be a non corrosive gas.

    Fully torque independent

    BT-KUB can be fully torque independent when installed on the IG-KUB gripper, and its pressure response (burst level) is completely unaffected by torque applications. When the blasting pressure is less than 1 bar, it can be directly installed between the flanges
