The full lifecycle management system for reagents and consumables (including hazardous chemicals) is developed by Guangzhou Xinle to meet the needs of laboratory management. It provides information management for the entire process of laboratory reagents and consumables (including hazardous chemicals, the same below) from purchase, approval, procurement, warehousing, issuance, and waste disposal, achieving the goals of rational purchase, safe storage and use, and accurate destination statistics. The system can effectively enhance the ability of the reagent and consumables management department to serve teaching and scientific research work, and improve the management level of the reagent and consumables management department.
1. System architecture
B/S architecture refers to the browser and server architecture pattern. It is a change or improvement of the C/S architecture with the rise of Internet technology. In this architecture, the user interface is implemented through a web browser, with very little transaction logic implemented in the front-end (Browser), but the main transaction logic is implemented on the server-side (Server), forming a so-called three-tier 3-tier structure. This model unifies the client side, centralizes the core part of system functionality implementation on the server, and simplifies the development, maintenance, and use of the system. As long as a browser is installed on the client machine, such as IE \ \ Edge \ \ Chrome \ \ Firefox \ \ Safari and other mainstream browsers. The browser and server exchange data using secure HTTP protocol. To effectively avoid data loss caused by hard disk damage, natural disasters, and other situations, the system can adopt a database master-slave server cluster configuration.
Reagent consumables lifecycle management system (including hazardous chemicals)This system is a laboratory information management system designed and developed based on the B/S (browser/server) architecture. The backend database supports the use of general databases such as Oracle/SQL SERVER/MySQL. In order to ensure data security, this system is deployed on the internal LAN of the implementing unit. The internal LAN will be isolated from the external network through a firewall, and external clients cannot access it without special permission. It provides a high degree of server and database security, effectively preventing unauthorized access to the database and servers.
2.Reagent consumables lifecycle management system (including hazardous chemicals)Main functions of the system
Based on the management concept of the entire life cycle of hazardous chemicals, the management of the entire life cycle of hazardous chemicals, including procurement, acceptance and storage, inventory management, requisition, outbound, and use, is carried out.
2.1 Subscription Management
Strictly manage the use of hazardous chemicals according to the purchase order. Experimental personnel can create new purchase orders and request for purchase, and support adding hazardous chemicals by selecting from the dropdown menu; Support customization of subscription form numbers;
After adding a purchase order, it needs to be submitted for approval and go through the approval process in order to form a procurement requirement;
During the subscription review process, it is supported to view the review steps and history;
The approved purchase order can be selected to generate a purchase order.
2.2 Procurement Requirements (Plan)
Support the generation of next month's hazardous chemical procurement requirements through experimental scheduling information for procurement.
2.3 Procurement Management
Dangerous chemicals that have passed the application review can enter the procurement process;
Support manual addition, submission, review, and numbering of purchase orders.
2.4 Acceptance and storage
Conduct acceptance and warehousing operations on the received purchase orders; Support the viewing and printing of barcodes for hazardous chemicals during acceptance and storage, as well as the storage location of hazardous chemicals; Support adding witnesses during storage; Support the return of non-conforming hazardous chemicals, while keeping all acceptance and return records.
2.5 Inventory Management
Inventory of hazardous chemicals, displayed according to product name, specifications, batch number, and location list; For hazardous chemicals that are about to expire or out of stock, red icons are highlighted; Support viewing batch information and operation logs of inventory; Support direct warehousing and direct outbound, and support inventory loss reporting; Support reporting damage to expired or damaged products.
2.6 Requisition Management
The use of hazardous chemicals requires a requisition process; Support manual addition of requisition information, submission and review; Support custom settings for receiving order numbers.
2.7 Outbound
When leaving the warehouse, support checking the storage location of hazardous chemicals, accurate to the location information; Support selecting specific hazardous chemicals for outbound.
2.8 Use
After being released from the warehouse, users can add the usage amount of hazardous chemicals; After use, return operation is supported.
2.9 Waste Management
Support the addition of storage locations for waste; Support the storage of waste according to their types, such as inorganic acidic waste liquid, inorganic alkaline waste liquid, water-soluble organic waste liquid, non water soluble organic waste liquid and organic solvents, heavy metal salt waste liquid, highly toxic waste liquid, etc; Support the addition and recording of waste materials; Support the application, review, and operation of waste disposal.
2.10 Inventory
Support the addition, submission, and review of inventory sheets; Support automatic addition of inventory list items and manual modification of inventory quantities; Support inventory profit and loss processing.
2.11 Full lifecycle query of hazardous chemicals
Support the full lifecycle information query of hazardous chemicals, including the viewing of information from various nodes such as purchase, procurement, warehousing, outbound, and usage, as well as the viewing of each usage record; Support querying the full lifecycle information of hazardous chemicals by scanning the code.
2.12 Historical Query
For hazardous chemicals that have been used up, the system supports querying historical records; View all usage records and full lifecycle information of hazardous chemicals that have been used up.
