PuriFlash from Interchim in France; Rapid preparation of chromatographic system. This system simplifies and improves the purification process in chemical synthesis and biochemical separation, while making user operations more flexible. It integrates Flash and Prep LC functions. PuriFlash ® The rapid preparation chromatography system combines rapid purification (Flash) with preparation liquid chromatography (Prep LC) *;
A high-performance dual head high-pressure pump with a maximum pressure tolerance of 725 psi/50 bar, capable of performing gradient elution from one to four elements;
Suitable for purification from small to large scale, supporting a wider range of rapid separation columns (4.0g-1.6Kg). Increasing the separation load of the column improves productivity and has higher repeatability for larger scale separation.
Smaller fillers can be used for better separation efficiency, higher sensitivity, and improved product purity.
Running faster, improving peak resolution, while also saving time and solvents.
It has solvent detection (mobile phase and waste liquid) and leak detection functions.
Touch screen control, with a simple and user-friendly interface.
Based on Windows XP system, Interchim soft ver.5.0 software features *. The gradient, solvent, flow rate, collection settings, time, and column volume can be automatically switched online.
