The rapid OXY cube is a newly developed analyzer used for highly accurate measurement of oxygen concentration, non substrate dependent. The use of thermal cracking conversion for oxygen element analysis requires high instrument technology. To ensure more precise and matrix independent results, the pyrolysis temperature needs to be as high as 1450 ° C.
Only the rapid OXY cube can meet these extreme analytical conditions, completely converting the oxygen element in the sample into carbon monoxide. Even stubborn organic substances and most inorganic substances can be dissolved under these conditions and detected on a non substrate dependent basis. In addition, innovative blowback technology ensures no blank measurements, even when facing the most challenging samples.
Higher temperature, more accurate results
Our breakthroughs in instrument technology have enabled oxygen concentration analysis to achieve higher accuracy (absolute standard deviation<0.1%) and convenience. The instrument has a wide dynamic measurement range and can measure samples weighing as low as 1 milligram and as high as 300 milligrams. The rapid OXY cube is also very user-friendly in design: the instrument has been optimized to work all night without human supervision, and the thermal cracking reactor can be used to process thousands of samples
