Overview

The RadEye HEC+alpha/beta sample counter can be used for simultaneous alpha and beta radiation measurements. The system includes a windowless, low-noise, dual scintillator detector that is sensitive to beta emitters above approximately 10 keV and low-energy X-ray emitters above approximately 3 keV.

Using Thermo Scientific ™RadEye ™ HEC+portable sample counterAlpha and beta radiation measurements can be performed simultaneously. The system includes a windowless, low-noise, dual scintillator detector that is sensitive to beta emitters above approximately 10 keV and low-energy X-ray emitters above approximately 3 keV. The readings are automatically recorded and can be retrieved through a PC in the future. RadEye HEC+adopts excellent low-power technology components and fully automatic self checking based on microprocessors, requiring no maintenance.
