The instrument adopts a 4.3-inch wide color screen display, combined with a friendly human-computer interaction interface and convenient and flexible operation mode, to bring the fastest and lightest thermal instrument calibration, calibration, and maintenance to customers.
Main features:1. Display screen: 4.3-inch color screen (resolution 480 * 272).
2. All signals are completely isolated and do not interfere with each other.
3. Output mode: Supports three forms simultaneously: typing values, cursor shifting, and knob adjustment.
4. Measure and output DC voltage, current, resistance, and frequency signals.
5. Supports the measurement of thermocouple and thermistor signals, and can also simulate thermistor and thermocouple signals.
6. Using Pt100 external sensors to provide reliable, fast, and accurate cold end compensation, supporting manual and automatic compensation, with a compensation accuracy of 0.2 ℃ and an effective range of -40 ℃ to 60 ℃.
7. Provide 1 24V DC loop power supply, which can calibrate 2-wire transmitters and support a maximum load of 200mA when used as an independent power supply.
When outputting mA signals, it supports both mA source output and transmitter simulation.
9. Support on/off testing.
Under the functions of resistance and thermal resistance measurement, it supports two wire, three wire, and four wire modes.
11. Any two ports can withstand the ingress of 220V AC and 36V DC.
12. Short circuit self recovery is possible under all output functions.
13. Communication method: RS232, LAN, USB are standard configurations, and communication protocols are provided for free.

- The "current output" in the above functions supports both active and passive output modes, with a maximum load of 1k Ω for 20mA.
- The "current measurement" function mentioned above supports loop measurement, with a loop voltage of 24V ± 0.5V.
- The "resistance measurement" function mentioned above supports three wire and four wire methods, and supports on/off testing.
- The "frequency measurement" function mentioned above has a measurement sensitivity of 10Hz to 10kHz and Vp-p ≥ 1V; The remaining Vp-p is ≥ 2V; Waveform: Square wave, additional 5 counts are required for errors in other waveforms, which can directly measure the mains frequency.
- The above function includes "frequency output", with output waveforms such as square waves, sine waves, etc., and adjustable amplitudes from 0 to 10V.
- The "resistor output" function allows external excitation current of 0.15~4mA.
- The "voltage output" in the above functions all support capacitive loads.
- Temperature compensation comes standard with PT100 thermistor (model 30A01), with a compensation accuracy of 0.2 ℃ and a compensation temperature range of -40 ℃ to 60 ℃.
- New types of thermocouples and thermal resistors can be added according to customer needs.
- The thermal resistance index is a four wire system index.
