Experimental Procedure

1. After processing the cells, wash them with PBS to remove residual culture medium;

2. Remove the cell culture medium and add 1ml of diluted DCFH-DA to each well. Incubate in a 37 ° C cell culture incubator for 20 minutes.

3. Wash the cells three times with serum-free cell culture medium to thoroughly remove DCFH-DA that has not entered the cells.

Wash twice with PBS, digest and collect cells with trypsin, and take fluorescence photos under a fluorescence microscope.
