REXROTH overflow valveThe working principle of the system is mainly based on pressure balance and flow control, which achieves system stabilization, unloading, and safety protection through the opening and closing action of the valve core. Specifically, it can be divided into the following four points:
Pressure balance control
When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the spring force keeps the valve core closed, and the system pressure is determined by the load.
If the system pressure exceeds the set value, the hydraulic pressure will push the valve core to open, and the excess oil will flow back to the oil tank through the overflow port, thereby stabilizing the inlet pressure.
Structure composition and type
Direct acting: composed of a valve body, a valve core, a pressure regulating spring, and a pressure regulating screw, the valve core is controlled to open and close by balancing hydraulic pressure and spring force.
Pilot type: It includes a pilot valve and a main valve. Hydraulic pressure acts on the pilot valve core through a damping hole, and the main valve opens when the pressure exceeds the spring force.
Proportional: The electromagnet controls the spring force to achieve pressure proportional adjustment.
core functionality
Voltage stabilization: Connected in series on the return oil line, the inlet pressure is kept constant through overflow to ensure stable operation of the system.
Unloading: When the remote control port is connected to the solenoid valve, the valve quickly opens the unloading pump to protect the hydraulic components.
Safety protection: Set the pressure higher than the system working pressure (usually 10% -20% higher) to prevent overload damage to the equipment.
