RE-201D rotary evaporatorThe evaporation bottle rotates at a constant speed and the water bath is heated at a constant temperature. Under these conditions, the material forms a large and uniform thin film on the inner wall of the evaporation bottle and evaporates quickly. Under vacuum conditions, the evaporation efficiency can be improved (by connecting a vacuum device). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid through a glass condenser coil (by connecting a cooling device) and recovered in a collection bottle.

All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (coefficient of expansion)3.3）Compared with polytetrafluoroethylene material, it has stable performance and is not prone to chemical reactions with the material.

The main support adopts cold plate anti-corrosion spray coating+Aluminum alloy material and stainless steel pot liner.

The sealing system adopts polytetrafluoroethylene+Fluororubber compound combination seal.
