High temperature and high pressure reactorUsage:
1. Fix the upright pole in the screw hole above the rear of the mixer, adjust the height of the cross clamp, fix the reaction bottle with a universal clamp, place a suitable mixer, plug in the internal sensor plug or external sensor probe, plug in the power supply~220V, and turn on the main switch.
2. Temperature setting: In the normal temperature display state, press the temperature knob, and the temperature display window will start flashing. Rotate the temperature knob to change the temperature setting value. Turning left will decrease, while turning right will increase. After setting the desired settings, press the temperature knob again, and the temperature display window will stop flashing. The controller temperature will gradually adjust to the set temperature value.
3. Speed setting: In the normal speed display state, rotating the speed knob can change the set value, decreasing when turning left and increasing when turning right. After setting the desired setting value, press the speed knob, and the one decimal point behind the speed display window will light up, gradually adjusting the motor speed to the set speed value; Press the speed knob again, the decimal point behind the speed display window will turn off, and the motor speed will gradually reach 0.
4. Self tuning function: When the temperature control effect is not ideal, the system can be self tuned. During the self-tuning process, there may be significant temperature overshoot. Users should fully consider this factor before performing system self-tuning. When self-tuning, one decimal point behind the temperature display window flashes.
5. Start self-tuning: Long press the temperature knob for 3 seconds in a non set state, the speed window displays the password prompt "Lc", and the temperature window displays the password value. Rotate the temperature knob to change the password value to "58", press the temperature knob again to enter the self-tuning selection state, the speed window displays the prompt "AT", and the temperature window displays the numerical value. If the value is changed from "0" to "1", press the temperature knob to enter the self-tuning state. If the value is changed from "1" to "0", press the temperature knob to stop self-tuning.
If the temperature display window of the controller shows "----", it indicates a fault in the temperature sensor or the controller itself. Please carefully check the temperature sensor and its wiring.
If the controller triggers an over temperature alarm, the buzzer will beep; When the temperature overflow alarm is triggered, the buzzer will continuously sound. When the buzzer sounds, you can click the speed knob or temperature knob to silence it.
8. There is a rubber plug below the mixer to protect the external thermocouple socket from rust and to connect the internal wires. If unplugged, the internal probe will disconnect and the machine will stop working. If using an external thermocouple, the plug should be removed and stored. The external thermocouple plug should be inserted into the socket and the nut should be locked. Then, the stainless steel probe should be placed in the solution for temperature control and heating.
